Thinking with hands

LEGO Serious Play workshops to bring clarity, alignment, and better decisions

In a world driven by AI, data, and complex systems, conversation alone is often not enough.

LEGO Serious Play helps teams make thinking visible, align faster, and move forward with clearer decisions.

A tool for better decisions

I use LEGO Serious Play as part of my design practice to help teams navigate complexity before solutions are defined.

In many organizations, teams jump too quickly into execution. Ideas remain unclear, assumptions stay hidden, and alignment is only superficial.

LEGO Serious Play creates the conditions to slow down, structure thinking, and make perspectives visible.

It helps teams clarify problems, align around what matters, and move forward with stronger, shared decisions.

This is not separate from my work as a product designer.

It is how better decisions start.

Contributing to the facilitator community

Beyond workshops, I actively contribute to the LEGO Serious Play facilitator community by exploring how the method can evolve in digital environments.

I created a FigJam playground designed to help facilitators run remote sessions, extending the practice beyond physical workshops while preserving its core principles.

I also experiment with AI-assisted facilitation, building custom GPT tools to help facilitators design better workshop challenges and structure their sessions more effectively.

These contributions reflect an ongoing effort to bridge physical facilitation and digital tools, without losing what makes the method powerful.
